Experienced Butchers and Trimmers needed

We are looking for experienced Butchers and Trimmers to work at our client's Pork factory in Cornwall (PL26)

Trimming legs of Pork on a pace line - working with between 12 and 16 other people on fixed stations

Training is given and people can progress from a level 1 (Trimmer) up to to level 2, 2+ and 3 (deboning)

Previous trimming or leg deboning experience is essential -

You will be required to have a knife/Block test prior to starting

Overtime 1.25 of hourly rate after 48 hours (plus bonus)

Overtime and evening shift allowance after a qualifying period

Hours of work Monday to Friday 6am to 2.50pm (2.20pm finish Friday) or 3pm to Midnight (2.30pm to 11pm Friday)

Two breaks per shift , One of which is unpaid

Shifts are not rotated - you will be based on AM or PM on a permanent basis

Full training given to progress up to a higher skill standard of pay and work, you must have the skills previously of working on pork legs.

Assistance with reasonable travel costs upon arrival to the site and on passing the test
