Receptionist -London

As the master in our communications center:

• You will supervise all operational activities of your team.
• You will ensure that all relevant colleagues are informed of every important detail, no matter how minor.
• You will establish and maintain effective working relationship with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airlines and other booking partners, so that we are always the first choice!
• You will provide a Guest experience according to our standards, so that they never want to leave us.
• You will drive associate satisfaction by building a culture of trust and open communication and providing feedback, to ensure personal development for your team.

• You will participate in the recruitment of Reservations agents, to be sure that we have the right people in your team.

  In short: you will play a major part in ensuring that our hotels are always well booked.
