The internship in a nutshell: The purpose of the internship is to contribute to research and develop sources of quality franchise candidates and increase awareness of Fantastic Services franchise brand.

The company: Fantastic Services started as a company called Fantastic Cleaners, established in London back in 2009. With only 2 staff members specialised in cleaning as a beginning, the company now works with more than 200 successful franchisees providing more than 25 professional home services.

The role: You will present Fantastic Services franchise opportunity and increase brand awareness through different online and offline sources. The role will help you acquire research and presentation skills and provide you with knowledge of various strategies of attracting new franchisees to join the company.

You main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Support the sales team by researching new sources for advertising and expanding the existing ones;
• Work to create content for social media channels, website, emails, offline sources;
• Help to create leaflets, posters and adverts to support the sales team;
• Visit relevant places in London where potential franchisees might be attracted and actively participate in presenting the company;
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filling in and organizing documents, preparing written content related to the franchise business, etc.

You will need:

• Confidence and great communication skills;
• Socials skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people;
• A high standard of spoken and written English;
• Excellent presentations skills;
• Eastern European communication skills would be an advantage.

The offer:

Full time, 3 - 6 month contract, with possibility to become permanent.
