Job description

- You will be a lead engineer, depending on the size of the projects, you will be responsible for one or more (international) projects;

- You have a strong technical focus and you use "cost-driven" establishments for achieving project objectives;

- You make schedules, and assign tasks to the engineers in the project;

- You provide input for project forecasts and knows how to motivate them with a good foundation toward the project and the management;

- You monitor the project and ensures clear communication with the project team and our customers;

- You work according the procedures and guidelines for project work, taking initiatives that lead to optimization of the (draft) processes;

- (Short-term) stay abroad serving projects could be part of the function.

We are looking for

• At least a bachelor degree electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of project management methods is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a lead engineer in the industry;
