VPRM Entry Point

Reference number: VPRM/fin/12/14

Place of work: Finland

We’re currently looking for VPRM Entry Point for our international client in the Olkiluoto 3 power plant construction site. The job starts in the beginning of January 2015 and lasts approximately 6-12 months depending on our client’s need.

Responsibilities:

·         Suitable educational background (Engineer, Technician)

·         Minimum of 1-3 years knowledge and experience on supply for technical material, if possible on power plant IT-software knowledge

·         Knowledge of practical process on procedures and organization

·         Knowledge of Supply Chain and tools related to SAP, such as:

·         VPRM operator for material requisition (OL3 Site/ HBO orders)

·         VPRM operator for handling material transfer to erection contractions

·         IT-skills expected: SAP & VPRM knowledge, Navisworks 3D Model, Material codification

·         Language skills: Advanced English, (Good French, German and/or Finnish is a plus)

·         Experienced project worker with team-player attitude and target oriented way of working

·         Understanding of Safety aspects and requirements of the job

Criterions:

·         Enter in VPRM Bill of material for all site and HBO orders

·         Announce via official channel all direct deliveries to contractors

·         Acknowledge in VPRM material deliveries

·         Transmit Material Certificates to contractors

·         Follow up Contractors material receipt confirmation (liaise with expeditor for any quantity discrepancies)

·         Creation of Return Notification Sheet for rejected material

·         Review with Supervisors the material requested by the erection contractors

·         Check availability in warehouse with VPRM and RSMS

·         Prepare the Material Hand Over Certificates

·         Prepare the Issue Note in VPRM

·         Interface with P&M Material Control

·         Interface with erection contractor material controller
