Job description:

Global Programs Manager will be responsible for prioritizing growth opportunities, owning and executing strategic projects that drive bottom line revenue and positively impact overall customer experience. This position will provide strategic input and overall program management for SRPs globally, working closely with analysts, project managers and Services operations leaders. The team supports and iterates on existing sales programs, tests and pilots new efforts, and champions strategic asks to cross-functional (Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, etc.) teams across the company.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your

projects

·         Deliver key learnings, identify opportunities and implement changes that will

drive significant revenue growth

·         Manage global operational stakeholder relationships, incorporating feedback

where appropriate to ensure programs function optimally in all locations.

·         Relationship management, strategic planning and delivery within i2 global

team

·         Advocate on behalf of GC E to cross-functional partners to drive

development of our asks and execution of solutions.

Ideal candidate profile:

·         sales &/or services management experience preferably with experience developing, implementing and managing large scale projects.

·         independent,

·         solution oriented performers

·         skilled and experienced in using data to drive strategy and business action, and who can combine this with a pragmatic approach to deliver workable operational processes.
