HOBIJ International Work Force Sp. of o.o. is Employment Agency entered

on the basis of the Certificate of the Minister of Economy and Labour in
the National Register for Employment Agency under the number 7749.

In the position of coordinator you are responsible for the
accommodations of our flexworkers in Haarlem. In total this is for about
250 candidates. You ensure the order and cleanliness of the
accommodation and accompany the check-ins and check-outs. You are also
the first point of contact for (technical) questions and / or problems
on and with the accommodation and you try to support the flex workers as
much as possible. This can also be in transport, for example, or in
case of questions regarding work schedules, etc.

With a very strong preference you also live in the building where 200
candidates live, so you are always aware of the current situation and
can help when needed.

Job requirements:

We are looking for:

- Someone who is capable of solving matters independently

- Is convincing and has a great responsibility

- has organizational skills

- The English language speaks well and with strong preference also Polish / Russian / Lithuanian and / or Romanian.

- In possession of Driving License B

- Flexible in working hours
