The company EastGate Recruitment, entered into the register of entities running employment agencies under the number 17627, for client is looking for people to work in the United Arab Emirates

Major Objectives of the Job:

• Budgeting: To meet and ultimately exceed the budgeted customer revenue for external work related to Cranes.
• Housekeeping: To ensure that the Cranes’ Workshop area housekeeping is kept up to date and all areas of responsibility are kept clean and tidy at all times so that all personnel entering the workshop facilities are kept within a safe environment. This also includes all stores and office areas under your control.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality controls are set and adhered to. All equipment requiring repairs should be inspected and diagnosed correctly and the subsequent repairs should be completed to such a high standard as to be in line with the principal’s and customer’s expectations. This will ensure that rework is kept to a minimum.
• Parts: Ensure that genuine parts are fitted at all times unless specifically instructed otherwise by the customer.
• Job Quotations: Make sure all quotations for repair work are correct and sent to the customer in the minimum amount of time.
• Record Maintenance: It is your responsibility to ensure that all records are maintained correctly and in a chronological order pertaining to Cranes. 
• Training: You should be accessing all staff on a regular basis with regards to their training requirements. This is to ensure that they have the correct skill sets to perform their tasks to the highest possible level. This will enable the workshops to have the maximum productivity from the minimum amount of staff. This should be done in line with the annual budget.
• Technical Supervision: You will be responsible for the technical supervision of all Cranes Technicians within the UAE. You are required to assist them in all matter pertaining to their work on Cranes Equipment. Whether this be remotely or by site visits.

Competencies Required:
Qualification
All Candidates:

•  Engineering Qualification.
• Has some Man Management Qualification.
• Must be at least trained to GMK- Level 4 & RT-level 4 on Grove Cranes. Preferably Master Technician

Competence

• Minimum 5 years working within a workshop environment.

• Have detailed knowledge of workshop processes.

Skills

• A good command of English both Written and Verbal.
• Have had some formal soft skills training.

• A UAE Driving License or a license that can be transferred.

• Ability to work as a team member
