For our client, a Canadian company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

FARM MACHINE OPERATORS

Place of work: CANADA

MMB /KANADA/08/14

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions;

-          Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts;

-          Test repaired equipment for proper performance;

-          Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work;

-          Verify and repair emission control systems;

-          Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections and pre- season inspections;

-          Complete work orders and enter technician notes into computer;

-          Order parts and provide quotes.

Requirements:

-          Mechanical education (vocational school, technical high school ) preferred but not mandatory;

-          Communicative English skills – min. B1 or above;

-           Driver’s license;

-          Four years of provable experience repairing, overhauling, maintaining, servicing, reconditioning large agricultural equipment such as combines, harvesters, plows, spreaders, harrows, planters, sprayers, and wind-rowers;

-          Major experience in service of buses, trucks with the experience with agriculture equipment will qualify;

-          At least 6 month of experience with agriculture equipment – might be from the own farm, neighbors’ farm;

-          Motivateto goandnormally resident inCanada;

-          Very good organizational  skills;

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

-          Positive attitude and drive for success;

-          Ability to work in fast changing environment.
