The restaurant is looking for ambitious people who understand quality and want to be a part of developing something unique for this restaurant. Responsible for quality and efficiency in the kitchen Produce and execute high end ingredients to perfection. Relocation assistance Requirements:- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sushi preparation - Language skills: Very good English or Scandinavian or Japanase - Preferred education, but this is not a requirement - Completed courses/education in hygiene - Extravert and social attitude - High degree of attention to service and a genuine interest in creating unique customer experience - Good co-operation skills - Integrity and loyalty - Ability to work efficient and professional in high tempo In a position as Sushi chef, you will need to work independent and as a team player. You need to be a good listener, be able to execute and take orders from the Head Chef. You should be able to value in different people. You will be able to motivate by sharing your energy, humor and business sense. You will need to be able to show that you are in control, in a positive way.
