Senior Back-End Developer

The Role 

Our client is looking to overhaul their technology for customers over the next 5 years. They are looking for a handful of senior level developers who are experienced in Django framework, however candidates who specialise in Flask will be considered. 

They are currently a small team however are rapidly expanding and expected to triple in size over the next year. Our client needs you to bring your hard work and dedication and help to train new staff and motivate the team while working with other developers to ensure standards are always increasing. 

Requirements:
Candidates must be motivated, organized and smart so you able to get the job done. You must like the idea of taking ownership of your work and doing a range of different tasks, you must be willing to share your ideas with the team! You must understand the hard work you need to put in to stabalise and update a technical product and you must be prepared to put your all into this and work to the best of your ability. 
 

You must have significant experience of working and delivering projects with the following technologies: 
• 3-5 years of working with Python (Django framework)
• SQL, PostgreSQL would be preferred. 
• AngularJS (just knowledge required, experience not needed)
• Should be comfortable with modern web development standards including HTML, CSS, Javascript and responsive design
• Have integrated systems with 3rd party APIs before
• Must be fluent with the command line and be able to use git
• Experience using Redis, Gunicorn, Nginx, Ansible, or Ubuntu would be a bonus.
